For designers and agencies.
It sucks having to follow up on copy again and again, or worse, getting clearly AI-sounding copy that you know is going to drag your design work down.
You need someone who can make sure the words are handled in a way that matches your work.
And whether you need conversion-ready copy, SEO optimization, email marketing, or something else your client asked about, having someone you can rely on makes all the difference.
And when we become partners, you can consider the words part of your projects covered.
I’ll write the words of your projects with intention, strategy, and perfectly tailored to your client’s voice.
After writing tons of websites across a variety of different industries, I’ve become an expert at nailing a brand voice, defining messaging, and doing whatever it takes to get a project across the finish line.
So basically, I’ve got your back here.
You have finished copy that works for your processes, your client, and your design work.
With 2 rounds of revisions included, I incorporate both your feedback and the client’s feedback into the draft.
I write the draft of your copy within a Google doc, which you will provide feedback on before plugging in.
I review your client calls, questionnaires, brand guidelines, and other processes you have in place.
Once you’ve booked me as your copywriter, you give me all the details about your project, and I let you know what else I need.
We have a chat to talk about your client’s project, confirm the scope of work, and get your proposal all set.
(Think this process needs to be adjusted to fit your system? No problem, happy to adjust.)
It sure can! Offering an easy way for your client’s to get copy for their projects will make both your life easy and your client’s investment more successful.
It depends on the scope of the project and the materials I have to start with. I’m typically able to write a 5-page website in 1-2 weeks as a frame of reference.
Ideally, copy comes before design. This way, we can nail the strategy it takes to get the website to convert, and you’ll know how much space you need to design around the words.
Then you can always refer your client to work with me directly. Check out full copywriting services page here, and send it to your client.
Nope. You will handle all the invoicing and direct communication with the client. The contract for white label copywriting will be between the two of us.
Many designers will include copywriting as an add-on within their proposals, although some build copywriting into their project pricing.
Happy to. I’ll have my input on the onboarding questionnaire, ideally, so it’s not a problem to hop on the kickoff call. Want me to stay behind the scenes? That works too.
Yes, of course. If you’ve found an easy way you prefer to work with copywriters, I’m happy to hear more about it and discuss adapting to your business’s current systems.
It’s no secret that writing words can be overwhelming.
(And you already have enough to do, right?)
When we choose to partner together on your projects, you’ll be doing both yourself and your client a huge favor.
Words that work aren’t just a “nice-to-have” — they’re an essential part of successful marketing. And when I’m writing them for you? Your projects will be that much better, streamlined, and successful.
